Cancellation Policy: Seven days prior to arrival date.

Prices: All prices are per room, per night, and are on a room-only basis, ie excluding VAT and breakfast. Internet access is complimentary for all ILMC delegates during the conference, Tuesday to Friday inclusive.

Confirmation: After submitting your booking, an acknowledgment message will appear on screen. Confirmation will then be emailed to you within 24 hours of booking (Monday-Friday). If you have not received confirmation after 24 hours of booking (Monday-Friday), please click here to check that your request has been received.

Important: In order to maintain exclusivity at the Royal Garden Hotel, and prevent unsold rooms on the Thursday night of the conference, priority will be given to those booking both Wednesday and Thursday nights. Delegates booking one night only (Tuesday or Wednesday) will not receive confirmation until Tuesday 19 April 2022, subject to availability.

Please note that if you book accommodation on Wednesday and Thursday and then cancel one night, you will incur a charge for the cancelled night unless the room can be resold.
