Victoria Chapman

Victoria is Head of Sustainability (UK & Ireland) at Live Nation. She works with Festival Republic and others in the Live Nation family to implement Green Nation, Live Nation’s sustainability charter. Victoria previously worked as Sustainability Coordinator at Festival Republic since 2016 and was recognised as a Creative Green Champion by Julie’s Bicycle for her work embedding sustainability across major UK music festivals. She is a Creative Climate Leader alumni and sits on the steering group of Vision 2025 & Powerful Thinking, previously co-chairing the Live Green Environmental Sustainability Working Group.

Prior to Live Nation, after 10 years working in the charity and public sectors, Victoria completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Sustainability and Adaptation at the Centre for Alternative Technology formalising her previous sustainability experience. Victoria worked at the Eden Project in Cornwall as their Sustainability Manager (maternity cover) and managed the creative reuse of vacant buildings for East Street Arts, leading the charity through the requirement to report on environmental impacts introduced by the Arts Council in 2012. Following her law degree at the University of Leeds, Victoria worked on the procurement of major social infrastructure projects at Leeds City Council for seven years gaining experience in sustainable procurement while also working freelance on the Yorkshire-based music and arts festival, Beacons Festival.
