Rauha Kyyrö is the founder and head promoter of Fullsteam Agency, the leading live music company in Finland, organising Provinssi and Sideways Festivals and roughly 1,500 other shows annually. Fullsteam Agency is a part of FKP Scorpio group.

She is also experienced in other areas of the music business including music conferences, a record label and a publishing company as well as venues, rehearsal rooms, artist management and music distribution.

Other associated companies include Fullsteam Management, Fullsteam Records and Music & Media Finland. Fullsteam is celebrating its 20^th anniversary this year.
