Max Wentzler came to study music production and PR in the UK after being introduced to the live industry at an internship with Klaus Bönisch Konzert- & Künstleragentur GmbH. Working whenever possible and organising parties, Max was able to combine both passions in the final year of university by developing a music documentary concept with 3 friends, which they then produced together with Red Bull Media House GmbH.
His first real job was as a promoter and talent buyer for Klaus Bönisch, being on the road with our artists and soaking up as much as possible about the music industry along the way.
In 2014, Z|ART Agency GmbH was founded by Max, as well as the Sacred Ground Festival with Ry Cuming (RY X, The Acid, HOWLING) and Frank Wiedemann (Âme live, Innervisions, Bigamo Records) as business partners.
Having joined forces with Hauke Steinhof in 2018, Z|ART Agency now promotes artists such as Easy Life, Pip Millett, Jordan Rakei, Remi Wolf, Lola Young, Ben Howard, RY X, Caamp among many other amazing talents.
Zart.tv was brought to life in 2020, with the first hybrid livestreaming concert with augmented reality content in Germany. Through a government grant, Z|ART was able to develop the first prototype into a highly stable and functional software, being able to fluidly scale up to 750,000 people while staying fully interactive. The obtained know-how and equipment now enables Z|ART to produce high-quality hybrid concerts and consult clients on how to make the most of their shows.
