Heather McGill

Heather began her career in the music industry, working with acts such as Depeche Mode, Roger Waters and Mark Knopfler. Heading up touring for 19 Entertainment, Heather produced tours for the Pop Idol series across the world, as well as acts such as the Spice Girls.

Heather went on to become the head of spectator experience for the London 2012 Games, and was responsible for the delivery of the customer experience for the 11 million ticket holders. She has worked on every Olympic Games since 2012, as well as events such as the World Cup and Dubai Expo 2020.

In 2021, Heather and her business partner, Anthony Norris, devised and produced Harry

Potter: A Forbidden Forest Experience in the UK. 2022 will see the immersive entertainment trail extend to two continents and multiple sites.
