Carole is Head of Production for Key Production London and has extensive experience of delivering bespoke boxsets for the music industry. Before getting into manufacturing for the music Industry, she managed a venue for four years in France and worked as artist liaison in festivals for decades in France and the UK.

Carole believes strongly in the importance of a healthy working environment, so getting her certification as a Mental Health First Aider was paramount. This helps her to better support her team and colleagues at Key Production Group on a daily basis.

Carole believes that training everyone to spot the early signs of distress is important and fighting the stigma around mental illness is essential.
