Becky is an event manager at Festival Republic. She began working on festivals for the Mean Fiddler in 1997 whilst studying at Newcastle University.

She spent three years with The Light Surgeons AV production company before joining Festival Republic full-time in 2005, where she has worked as a production coordinator, site manager and event manager.

She has worked on Reading Festival for 23 years and has been integral to the sourcing and procurement of infrastructure, logistical planning and site design on many of Festival Republic’s events. She is currently an event manager on Reading and Creamfields South festivals.
