Meeting Space

With private meetings a focus for many delegates, there are ample spaces both in the Royal Garden Hotel and immediately next door, for all conversations to take place.

As well as various spaces in the hotel, ILMC also boasts its very own pub! The Goat Tavern, just across the road, is reserved exclusively for ILMC delegates from Wednesday 27th and Thursday 28th April.

Across the mezzanine of the Royal Garden Hotel, additional seating will be placed in Strangey’s Bar, The Lancaster Suite offers more relaxed seating along with tea & coffee service, and The York Suite will be open non-stop throughout.

Please note: you will need to present your ILMC wristband to gain access to these areas.
