What’s ILMC’s policy regarding Covid-19?

With Covid-19 still in circulation, we are asking all delegates to take a Covid-19 test before arriving at the hotel, in order to safeguard other delegates.

If you experience any symptoms of Covid-19 at any time during ILMC, please take a test before going back into public areas. If you test positive for Covid-19 then do not attend the event.

The Royal Garden Hotel is employing an enhanced cleaning regime during ILMC with hand sanitiser available throughout, its air conditioning system circulates fresh air from outside the hotel, and there will be a mask in every delegate bag should you wish to wear one.

Can I register for IPM and/or GEI as well as for ILMC?

Absolutely. In fact, ILMC delegates can attend GEI at no extra cost this year, and are offered a highly discounted rate if they wish to attend IPM.

To register for IPM, which takes place the day before ILMC, choose the relevant ticket type when you register for ILMC via our ticketing partner, Universe.

There is no need to register for GEI, which takes place on the final day of ILMC. Just come along!

Is there a deadline for registering?

No, but ILMC typically sells out in advance, so it’s advisable not to wait before signing up. Once the conference is sold out, we operate a waiting list for any cancellations.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind or am unable to attend?

You can cancel your registration (minus a £50 processing fee) as long as we receive the request in writing (via email) before 18:00hrs GMT Friday 18 February 2022. Unfortunately, cancelled registrations cannot be transferred to a future conference.

What’s ILMC’s policy on the environment?

ILMC is an environmentally aware company and we are always actively working to reduce our carbon emissions. ILMC was awarded an improversaward at the Greener Event Awards in 2018.

If you have environmental concerns or interests and/or run an event, festival, or venue, you may be interested in the Green Events & Innovations Conference, which takes place on the final day of ILMC.

Does ILMC 34 have a charity?

Sure as hell does. ILMC raises a significant amount of money every year for a charity of its choice in honour of one of its founding members, Nikos Sachpasidis. And 2022 is no different…

ILMC 34’s charity of choice is Stagehand, the members’ charity fund of the Production Services Association (PSA). With a largely self-employed workforce, many of whom have fallen into the gaps in government support, and widespread redundancies amongst employees, Stagehand intends to raise funds to help those in most need, with the simple aim of helping to keep roofs over heads and food on tables.

We’ll be encouraging donations at various points throughout ILMC.

For more information about Stagehand.

What payment methods can I use?

You can register for ILMC or IPM using credit or debit cards. Unfortunately, we are not currently able to process cheques.

If you are only able to pay via bank transfer, please contact [email protected].
